"Dutch Texas Transfers"

I got this variation of Texas Transfers from Krijn Hemminga of Holland.
Since we don't know the official name of the variation, I'll call it 
"Dutch Texas Transfers."  

Over 1NT
  4C = puppet to 4D, over which responder will signoff in a major
  4D = transfer to 4H
  4H = transfer to 4S

This allows responder two ways to signoff, allowing the hand with
tenaces to play the hand.
